Admissions/Records Officers

LAS admissions/records officers are responsible for preparing the graduation list and the final audit of students’ records for completion of degree requirements. All students enrolled in the college are provided a degree audit sheet (DARS, of all requirements met or to be met. However, ultimate responsibility for the preparation of a sound program, both academically and procedurally, remains with the student. Admissions/records officers are assigned groups of students based on the students’ surnames. Students are encouraged to consult with their records officer, all of whom are available on a walk-in basis during regular office hours.
